About the Role

Assist in the planning and preparation of audit assignments.
Perform audit procedures in accordance with the audit plan, including testing and sampling of transactions.
Document audit findings and prepare workpapers in a clear and concise manner.
Prepare draft audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Maintain detailed records of audit procedures performed, evidence obtained, and conclusions reached.
Review and verify the accuracy of working papers and documentation.
Archive audit files.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the audit process.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.


Certifications

  • Certification such as ACCA or similar qualifications is highly favorable.


Technical Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

  • Must have studied in reporting and tax-related matters, particularly as they pertain to Mongolia.


Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with a high commitment to quality client service.

  • Mature, proactive, and possessing a strong sense of teamwork.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Superior written and oral communication skills in both English and Mongolian, including technical and business writing, documentation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in computer applications.
