Reporting to the Managing Partner and working closely with the other Business Development team members you will support the creation of a business development strategy at Onch & Co. You will work cross-functionally with senior leadership and service leads to pursue new sales opportunities and build long-lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with prospective clients who would benefit from our services. Key responsibilities include:
• Conduct market analysis, and research to effectively understand current trends and future opportunities.
• Identify opportunities in the market for new Request for Proposals and support the development and submission of proposals.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and nurture prospects through the sales cycle to closing.
• Generate leads, including local and foreign prospective clients.
• Engage and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and industry partners to research future opportunities for the company.
• Actively contribute to planning and executing marketing activities such as content creation, industry events, conferences, and webinars.
• Maintain and update CRM religiously to effectively collaborate with team members.

Bachelor’s or higher degree in business management, administration, marketing, communications, or PR-related fields.
Strong networking skills with 5+ years of experience of building and maintaining professional relationships.
Proven success in driving business growth at SME firms and building relationships with high-profile clients.
An independent and proactive go-getter, who does not take rejections personally and is motivated to achieve goals.
Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and influence both direct and indirect teams.
Adaptability to changing client needs and industry trends.
Fluency in Mongolian and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to travel as needed.
